How to protect yourself against ticket scams

One thing is for sure – you can never be too safe when it comes to where you’re buying tickets from. We’ve put together a few tips on how to protect yourself from ticketing scams. 

Only buy tickets from official sources

Ticketmaster is the only authorised Ticket Agent and Resale Ticket Agent for Wireless 2025. Avoid ticket scams and unauthorised sellers – buy and sell your Wireless 2025 tickets from Ticketmaster Resale only here.

Resale tickets

Missed out on tickets? Limited Verified Resale tickets will be available on Ticketmaster. Fans who can no longer attend are selling their tickets at face value on Ticketmaster. Your resale tickets are verified and secure!

Avoid buying tickets from individuals on social media or other unofficial platforms
Most fake tickets we see come from people who bought on places like Facebook, Viagogo, Gumtree or other social media sites. We hate having to turn fans away, so avoid buying tickets from unofficial platforms or individuals, even if they seem genuine.

Always double-check your URL

When buying tickets, make sure you’re on Ticketmaster.co.uk or using the official Ticketmaster app. Watch out for Google search results – some sites look like Ticketmaster but aren’t.

Be wary of printed tickets
