Wireless Survey Prize Promotion Notice

PRIZE PROMOTION NOTICE
This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the Wireless 2024 talent survey (the “Prize Promotion”) being run by Festival Republic (“Our”, “Us” and “We”).

The Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and Our general terms and conditions for Prize Promotions (“Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions”), which can be found at: .

The Prize Promotion will be run through Our survey link at https://form.jotform.com/231363323842350

To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be:

resident in the United Kingdom;
able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions;
at least 16 years old

To enter the Prize Promotion, you must complete all of the questions within the survey and submit your answers.

The Prize Promotion will commence on 4th June at 9pm and end on 7th June at 11:59pm.

The Prize is 4x VIP Tickets to Wireless 2023 (the “Prize”).

There is 1 Prize available.

If you are a winner of the Prize Promotion (“Winner”), you will be notified on Thursday 8th June by email and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 2 days we reserve the right to select a different Winner.

Any Winner who is under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a companion who is at least 18 (such Winner shall allocate the second ticket included in their Prize to such companion). Any permitted companions of the Winner must be aged 18 or older.

Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.

This Prize Promotion is a Prize draw as defined in the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
